Li Cheng New Energy 4GW high efficiency module production and second phase groundbreaking ceremony successfully held
June 30, 4GW high-efficiency module production and 8GW heterojunction cell foundation laying ceremony of Linyi Li Cheng New Energy Co. was successfully held. Zhao Jigang, member of the Standing Committee of Linyi Municipal Committee, Minister of Organization and Minister of United Front; Jun Xinyang, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Deputy mayor of the Municipal government, Yao Yunming, Secretary of the Hedong District Party Committee of Linyi , Wang Shijiang, Secretary general of China Photovoltaic Industry Association, Gao Yuankun, Chairman and President of Linuo Group, Ding Liang, Chairman and president of Li Cheng New Energy and other leaders and guests at all levels attended the ceremony to witness this important moment.
Before the ceremony, the leaders visited the intelligent manufacturing workshop of 4GW high-efficiency modules to learn more about the overall equipment configuration, production process, comprehensive production capacity and digital construction of the workshop, and gave full recognition and high praise.
Li Cheng New Energy Chairman and President Ding Liang to introduce the company to the guests. He said that Li Cheng New Energy is a joint venture established by Linyi Dongcheng Construction Investment Group, Linuo Power Group, Beijing Rocco New Energy and Jinan Nuowei New Energy, which is the core enterprise of Linuo Group photovoltaic industry. The overall scale of investment is 4GW of high-efficiency PV modules per year in Phase I and 8GW of high-efficiency heterojunction cell products in Phase II. After completion, the annual output value will reach RMB 10 billion and more than 900 people will be employed, bringing considerable economic and social benefits.
The most advanced machines in the industry are used in the workshop, increasing the capacity of a single line by 40%. The combination of Multi-main gate high efficiency cell with laser non-destructive cutting technology results in higher output power; the double-deck design of the plant with electrically heated laminating machine saves space while effectively reducing energy consumption by more than 30%; the production line adopts flexible design, mainly N-type large-size batteries such as HJT and TOPCon, which can realize the compatibility of 210/230 and other products through module switching.The production line is designed to increase the introduction of automated equipment, data can be uploaded to the MES system in real time, AI intelligent inspection is applied and six-axis robotic arms are used on a large scale.
The company has set up an academician workstation to bring together a team of national scientists and industry experts to carry out collaborative research and development of cutting-edge technologies in the industry, to gather wisdom and empowerment, and to escort the smooth operation of the project. At present, our products are available in more than 30 countries and regions at home and abroad, and our market share and brand influence are increasing . In the future, the company will focus on the development and application of new technologies and techniques, such as heterojunction and stacked cells, to promote the integration of photovoltaic modules and battery products, to become a first-tier brand within five years, and to steadily become a new energy listed company with a market value of 10 billion.
At the end of the ceremony, Zhao Jigang, Jun Xinyang, Wang Shijiang and Gao Yuankun unveiled the first PV module from the new factory on stage; the government leaders, industry guests and the management of Linuo Group and Licheng New Energy jointly laid the foundation stone for the second phase of 8GW heterojunction cell intelligent manufacturing project.
At the same time, the 2023 photovoltaic development Industry Summit Forum opened, and government leaders and industry institutions, experts and researchers from scientific research institutes were invited by the company to gather together with photovoltaic industry elites from all over the world to discuss the new trend of photovoltaic technology upgrading, jointly explore the new situation and the new pattern of photovoltaic development, and look forward to the future development direction
