At the meeting, the heads of the Cell Division, Module Division and functional support departments reported on the completion of the work indicators in the first half of the year, the deficiencies and solutions, the work plan for the second half of the year and the measures to guarantee the completion of the annual indicators. Facing the market environment in the first half of the year, the PV Group actively explored the market, focused its resources to maximize its production capacity and, with the support of Linuo Group and the Power Group, gradually improved its operating performance in the first half of the year. At the meeting, while affirming the achievements, through the industry benchmarking analysis, the current PV's lack of capacity play, higher costs, poor order delivery capability and insufficient risk management capability of suppliers were analyzed, and corresponding improvement plans were put forward for the existing problems. Higher challenging targets for the second half of the year were clearly defined, and detailed safeguard measures were formulated by each department for the new capital.
At the end of the presentation, a half-yearly improvement summary commendation was conducted to encourage staff to make continuous improvements. Awards were presented to 22 outstanding improvement and improvement items proposed by various business divisions and functional support departments, and at the same time, the winners shared their proposed improvement cases.
Finally, Li Deye, General Manager of PV Group, pointed out that with the support of Linuo Group and the joint efforts of PV cadres and staff, PV Group had made certain achievements in the first half of the year, but all departments should clearly understand the shortcomings and still face great challenges in reaching the annual targets.
