The conference first released the core cultural concept determined by Linuo Photovoltaic Group after repeated tempering, and clarified the direction of the enterprise.
The meeting focused on the theme of "market-oriented, continuous improvement, solid management, and efficient execution". At the meeting, various departments reported the phased summary of the work in the first half of 2016 and the work deployment in the second half of the year, and carried out the previous work. Excellent improvement teams and individuals emerging from the quality 315 activities were summarized and commended.
Group leaders and General Manager Yang Zhongchen commented on the content of the report respectively. Yang Zhongchen pointed out that for the problems that occurred in the first half of the year, we should see the essence through the appearance, fully reflect, and implement the improvement to every employee. The logistics function department should start from the details, improve efficiency, and do a good job of guarantee for the front line; the production center should be quality-oriented, through lean production, continuous improvement, and improve product quality; Yang Zhongchen emphasized the importance of determining the core cultural concept, and proposed the following The half-year work should be guided by culture, centered on customer needs, and based on customer interests, implement the corporate mission of "creating value for customers", clarify the focus of work in the second half of the year, and ensure the realization of the 2016 annual work goals.
After the commendation, all the participants completed the collective signature on the oath flag of the 5s management activity. Yang Zhongchen presented the flags to the production center and the functional center respectively. After all the staff took the oath, the "5s management" activity of the photovoltaic group was officially launched.
