Recently, Linuo Photovoltaic Group submitted 60-piece and 72-piece monocrystalline high-efficiency modules to the National Solar Photovoltaic Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for CQC "Top Runner" certification test. At present, the inspection center has completed relevant tests, and the efficiency level has reached CNCA /CTS0009:2014 "Photovoltaic Module Conversion Efficiency Test and Evaluation Method" first-level efficiency requirements.

At present, the inspection center has completed relevant tests, and the efficiency level has reached CNCA /CTS0009:2014 "Photovoltaic Module Conversion Efficiency Test and Evaluation Method" first-level efficiency requirements.

On June 25, 2015, the National Advanced Technology Photovoltaic Demonstration Base in the Coal Mining Subsidence Area of Datong City, Shanxi Province became the first approved project of the "Photovoltaic Top Runner" program of the Energy Bureau. As of June 30, 2016, the Datong "Top Runner" project All 1GW projects in the first phase were successfully connected to the grid. This year, the National Development and Reform Commission launched another 5.5GW "Top Runner" project, and the proportion continues to increase. The market prospect is promising.

So how to define "top runner"? According to the "Energy Efficiency Top Runner System Implementation Plan" issued by the National Development and Reform Commission and other eight departments on January 8, 2015, the so-called "energy efficiency leader" refers to products and enterprises with the highest energy utilization efficiency within the comparable range or units. The National Development and Reform Commission will formulate incentive policies with relevant departments to encourage technology research and development, publicity and promotion of energy efficiency "leader" products. The "Photovoltaic Leader" is a special program that promotes the application of advanced photovoltaic technology products and industrial upgrading, and strengthens the quality management of photovoltaic products and projects.

In 2015, "leader" advanced technology products should reach the following indicators:

(1) The photoelectric conversion efficiencies of polycrystalline silicon cell components and monocrystalline silicon cell components reach 16.5% and 17% respectively;

(2) The photoelectric conversion efficiency of high-power concentrated photovoltaic modules reaches more than 30%;

(3) The photoelectric conversion efficiencies of silicon-based, copper indium gallium selenide, cadmium telluride and other thin-film battery components reach 12%, 13%, 13% and 12% respectively.
