In order to summarize the work in 2016, promote the healthy and stable development of Linuo PV, ensure the successful completion of economic indicators in 2017, and at the same time commend the advanced individuals and advanced collectives emerged in 2016, Linuo PV held the 2017 Economic Work Conference and 2016 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting on January 23.
In order to summarize the work in 2016, promote the healthy and stable development of Linuo PV, ensure the successful completion of economic indicators in 2017, and at the same time commend the advanced individuals and advanced collectives emerged in 2016, Linuo PV held the 2017 Economic Work Conference and 2016 Annual Summary and Commendation Meeting on January 23.
At the meeting, the person in charge of each department made a work report, summarized the work of the department in 2016, analyzed the work deficiencies and put forward improvement measures, and made arrangements on how to complete the objectives in 2017. Yang Zhongchen, Chairman and General Manager of PV Group, signed the 2017 operation target responsibility letter with the heads of each department to ensure the achievement of the 2017 operation targets.
The General Assembly also commended the advanced groups and individuals who made outstanding contributions in 2016. 7 people were awarded the "Excellent New Employee Award", 21 people were awarded the "Star Employee Award", 11 people were awarded the "Excellent Team Leader Award" and 8 people were awarded the "Excellent Team Leader Award". "8 people were awarded the "Management Pioneer Award", 2 people were awarded the "Marketing Pioneer Award" and 11 people were awarded the "Technology Pioneer Award". Five units, including the A class of the manufacturing department of the first workshop of the battery factory, were awarded the "Advanced Collective Award", and the policy project declaration team and the student internship team were awarded the "General Manager's Special Award".
The general manager summarized the achievements of PV Group in 2016 and analyzed the prospects of the PV industry, pointing out that 2017 is a year of transformation for PV Group. The general manager especially emphasized that in 2017, the key to the development of the PV Group is to improve the conversion efficiency of cells and safeguard cash flow. All resources should be matched with this as the core, focusing on profitability points to ensure the successful completion of the 2017 targets.
Finally, the group leaders made a special speech, expressing the group's recognition and support for the PV Group's work, hoping that the PV Group would seriously understand the instructions given by the Executive President at the '17 Economic Work Conference and that all staff would make further efforts and create further successes.
