In order to summarize the work in 2017, promote the healthy and stable development of Linuo Photovoltaic, ensure the smooth completion of economic indicators in 2018, and at the same time commend the advanced individuals and advanced collectives that emerged in 2017, on January 19, Linuo Photovoltaic held the 2018 business Work Conference and 2017 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference. More than 240 people attended the meeting, including leaders of relevant departments of Linuo Group, team leaders and above of the photovoltaic group functional center and production center, and award-winning representatives.

At the meeting, the heads of the six departments including the operation center and the battery factory made work reports respectively, summarized the work of the department in 2017, analyzed the deficiencies in the work and proposed improvement measures, and formulated the work plan of the department in 2018 and course of action. Liu Linhua, general manager of PV Group, publicized and trained the work policy for 2018, pointing out that in 2018 we will challenge to manufacture the best batteries in the industry by promoting innovation activities and implementing intelligent production. Determine the slogan for 2018-"Technological innovation, intelligent production, and make the best battery", and the action policy-"Leading the example, thorough in everything, the principle of three manifestations, and the unity of knowledge and action".
The meeting determined the overall goal of Linuo Photovoltaic Group's operation and construction work in 2018: the battery output is 600MW, the pass rate reaches 97.4%, the debris rate is reduced to 0.5%, and the conversion efficiency reaches 18.9%. The module output is 360MW, the pass rate reaches 99.8%, and the debris rate is reduced to 0.15%. There were no safety and environmental accidents throughout the year.
The conference also commended advanced collectives and individuals who made outstanding contributions in the work in 2017. 5 people won the "Excellent New Employee Award", 17 people won the "Star Employee Award", 9 people won the "Excellent Team Leader Award", 9 people won the "Innovation Model Award", and 7 people won the "Management Model Award". Seven units including the Project Department of the Intelligent Promotion Center won the "Advanced Collective Award", and the backbone team with a monthly output of more than 10 million cells in the Operation Center won the "Special General Manager Award".
Finally, Shao Jingbo, vice president of Linuo Group, reviewed the guiding ideology of the president's office meeting, taking strategy as the main policy, taking Wuhan Organic and Linuo Special Glass as examples, all employees work together, make full use of training opportunities, and set up stages The goal is to make progress step by step. Under the leadership of General Manager Liu Linhua, we will earnestly implement the work policy and successfully achieve the 2018 goal.
