On June 22 , the Shandong Energy Bureau officially announced the winning bidders for the 2022 fixed-pile offshore photovoltaic project competition. SPIC and Linuo jointly won the bid for HG34 . 7 billion yuan. By 2025 , after the project is fully put into operation, the annual power generation is expected to be 5.5 billion kWh, which can save 2.2 million tons of standard coal.
