On February 27, 2010 the working group meeting that China Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as CDB) support the development of Tibet was held in Chengdu. On behalf of the Linuo Group, Mr Gao yuankun attended the meeting and signed the financial cooperation agreement with the CDB to support the development of Tibet.

The Shigatse 10MW photovoltaic power generation project of Linuo Group was formally approved by the State Development and Reform Commission on January 4th 2010. It was the second 10MW grid-connected photovoltaic power generation project approved by the State, following the one that in Dunhuang, Gansu Province. After the completion it could not only improve the living standards of the local people and promote economic development, but also help to protect the ecological environment of Tibet.
